Another English muffin meal recipe! Here’s my latest, greatest go-to 20 min breakfast meal prep for the entire week for about $12.

Egg mixture:
1 carton of egg makers (great value), 56g of fat free shredded mild cheddar (great value), and seasonings. I used salt, pepper, Cajun, and green onion.

Mix in large bowl and pour onto rimmed baking sheet. Bake at 375° F for 15-20min. At 8 servings there’s 74 cal, 15g protein, 0g fat, 0.5 g carb, 0g sugar.

Muffin:
Thomas’ Light English Muffins: 100 cal, 5g protein, 25g carb, 1g fat, 0.5g sugar.
