Short Rib Tacos

Ingredients:
* 1 bunch cilantro
* 1 bunch Italian parsley 
* 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes 
* 1 teaspoon dried oregano 
* Flanken short ribs(The package i used for this recipe was 2 pounds) 
* ½ red onion 
* ¼ cup olive oil 
* ¼ cup white wine vinegar(red wine vinegar will work as well) 
* 4-5 cloves of garlic 
* Tortillas 
* Salt & pepper to taste 
* Pico de gallo 
* Mexican crema
* Limes 

Directions 
* Grab a food processor & add cilantro, parsley, red pepper, oregano, red onion, garlic cloves, olive oil, white wine vinegar, salt & pepper 
* Blend all the ingredients together you might have to add more oil as you go. You want the marinade to be a paste like consistency 
* Place all your flanken short ribs in a deep dish or large ziplock bag
* Dump your marinade over the top of the short ribs 
* Make sure you coat all sides of the short ribs 
* Place your short ribs in your refrigerator for 12-24 hours 
* Removes your short ribs from the marinade 
* Pat all the short ribs dry with paper towels 
* Season the short ribs on both sides with salt & pepper 
* Set your grill to medium heat 
* Place your short ribs on the grill 
* Keep flipping these every 2 minutes until you reach an internal temperature of 145-150 degrees 
* Toast all your tortillas on the grill 
* Slice off all the bones off your short ribs. Then slice the meat into small pieces you want an even consistency throughout the whole taco 
* Place your meat on the tortillas 
* Finish your tacos off with pico de gallo, lime juice, mexican crema
* Garnish with fresh chopped cilantro and enjoy!
