First time making madeleines with a chocolate shell

  1. I used [this recipe](https://sugarspunrun.com/madeleines/#recipe)

    For the chocolate shell I just melted a dark chocolate bar, put about a teaspoon on the silicon mold, and put the (room temp) madeleine on top, slightly squeezing so it would distribute well. Then into the fridge for about 15 minutes!
