• ½ tsp each dried oregano, thyme & rosemary
• 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
• ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for a mild kick)
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Toasted French baguette seasoned with garlic, salt and olive oil

Cooking Instructions:
[Step 1: Preheat the Oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit]
[Step 2: Place the Feta Blocks]
• Place 2 Feta cheese blocks (drained and dried) into a 9 x 12” baking dish
[Step 3: Prepare and Season the Tomatoes & Greek Olives]
• Slice cherry tomatoes
• Crush garlic
• Arrange the tomatoes around the feta cheese
• Season the tomatoes with salt and pepper
• Sprinkle Greek olives
• Add garlic, season with dried oregano, thyme and rosemary
• Add the same herbs onto the Feta cheese (I added more oregano)
• Drizzle with generous amount of extra virgin olive oil
[Step 4: Bake the Cheese]
• Place the baking dish in the middle of the oven and bake at 375-degree F for 30 minutes
[Step 5: Prepare Slices of Bread]
• While waiting for the feta to bake, cut a few slices of hearty bread. I am using French baguette.
• Rub a slice of fresh garlic on both sides of the bread
• Drill with olive oil and sprinkle with salt
[Step 6: Boil and Serve]
• After 30 minutes, the feta should be soft.
• Turn the oven on “Broil” and place the baking dish on the top rack
• Broil the cheese for a few minutes until the cheese is golden brown
• Remove the baked feta
• Place the prepared bread slices into the oven and broil until golden brown on both sides
• Spread a layer of baked feta topped with tomatoes and olives, garnish with chopped parsley. Enjoy!
