So I baked some turkey breast (usually I eat chicken breast, but I wanted smth new).

Lately been craving buckwheat a lot , so I usually boil it for 20 mins, then add salt and a bit of butter to it.

Salad is legendary ahahaah and very simple, cucumbers+toamtoes+onion+sour cream/greek yogurt.

Butter plus sour cream plus turkey is going to be more saturated fats on the plate than is ideal, obviously no one meal is going to make or break the diet but something to be mindful of and balance out with other meals in the day/week – not pointing this out to nit pick and criticise you OP but because every day there are a lot of questions here about what this diet is and isn’t and how to create meals, so just trying to keep things clear. So in that same vein, med diet is not a high protein diet and protein isn’t one of the main focal points. Maybe flair the post as “close enough”, this more sounds like a whole/unprocessed foods diet if this is how you typically eat rather than the MD.
