Smoked sardines in organic olive oil and sea salt by Nice Cans

Top notch smoke level here that truly delivered 👌
The level of saltiness was perfectly done for my taste buds. This was all amplified with a gorgeous olive oil to put the whoLe thing to bed.
Fish was firm and meaty and left me completely satisfied.
This was the perfect vehicle to try out some new hot sauces I picked up at the local farmers market and truth be told smoked deens and hot sauce are a match made in heaven.

  1. Is there like a solid “Top 10” sardine list one could see? Granted, all of them look appetizing, but realistically speaking wont get to try them all sadly.

As always, Tyler, another great video review!

  3. I do hope Nice Cans drives its business development in the direction of new, different, exciting flavor offerings. I don’t feel like I need a rebrand of bog standard Jose Gourmet plain smoked sardines. Good as they are, I can already get hold of those all day long. What’s going to call to me is recipes available no where else. I don’t really love skinless-n-boneless, but would I buy a Nice Cans can of fillets, mackerel or sardines, packed in poutine gravy? Oh hell yeah, I would. Maple, whiskey, and chili flakes? Sold. Halifax’ own Donair Sauce? Ditto.

The number of mornings I’m exhausted at work because I’m up at 2am watching this guy, are becoming more frequent than they probably should be
