hey y'all! i ordered this scoop of banoffee ice cream earlier today not really knowing what to expect, but thinking it seemed interesting and could seriously use some help estimating!!
it had lots of mini chocolate chips inside and was honestly some of the richest ice cream i've had. the texture was almost sticky? it was delicious, but i have no clue what i got myself into with this flavor
could 450 be accurate?
(also sorry for the weird angle photos of my hands lol i was trying to show the scale)

I was gonna guess 350 but with the added chocolate chips 450 sounds reasonable
I would say around 300
I make a healthy protein Cookie dough that makes less than this, and it itself is 450 calories. I find it hard to believe this would be the same amount
Looks rich and dense I would say 500-600
