    Smoked Scotch Eggs

A nice snack, smoked with apple chunks.

Start with boiling the eggs exactly 6 minutes. Peel them carefully. I used pork paddy’s en wrapped the eggs carefully. The rub was a gift from #naturalspicesofficial porky’s rub. Sweet with a spicy twist. Your grill temperature for smoking must be 110 C and smoke for 45 minutes. Glase the eggs with your favorable bbq sauce. Enjoy your special 🐣 eggs.

I grew up on this food, it’s brilliant.
We call them ‘vogelnestjes’, which translates to ‘bird’s nests’.

I make these all the time as a good keto snack so no bread crumbs or sauce.

I have made them with ground beef and also with sausage meat.

You can bacon wrap for an added treat.

  4. Delicious! I love taking these to work for breakfast.

This looks like stupid food to me, ruining barbecue with a breakfast egg. To each their own I suppose.

Someone made some at a tailgate a little bit raw and they made me sick for a week. I would try those tho

My all-time favorite food. On my “last meal” menu request.

Made some recently with black pudding in place of where the mince goes. Top notch

  10. Never made, but I love to eat those. It’s called “bolovo” here in Brazil.

I love these. And they are really good cold the next day. Makes for a great breakfast on the go.

I might try to make these. But what’s pork paddy? Never heard of that. Is it like ground up pork or something?
