Dont sleep on that Hoff Sauce. They’re from the city I live in and are going to be completely shutting down production soon. The Smokin Ghost is one of my favorite hot sauces of all time. Id buy them all if I were you.

My suggestion is to avoid all extract sauces. There are batch issues even on established names like Dave’s. So it’s more of a gamble if you’ll get the sauce’s intended flavor or not.
