    It looks like a shit variation on Scripelle. it’s Italian and it’s supposed to be very thin pancakes filled with Parmesan cheese and soaked in chicken broth. It’s an Easter or Christmas dish I think.

    I know everyone here is joking about it being “tortilla soup” but it actually reminded me of something my mom would make for me as a kid. Chicken broth made from scratch with either tortilla triangles in the broth or warm rolled up tortillas that we would dip in the broth and eat. I’m Mexican, and while not super traditional in Mexican cuisine it was something I ate growing up. I literally forgot about it until I saw this pic. Thanks for the reminder of a fond childhood memory 🙂
