Medium rare usually although I will do rare from time to time depending where I’m eating etc.

  3. Reminds me of a pub in Kings Cross, Sydney Australia. The Bourbon?

They had a great AU$10(?) for a steak, Frieda, and a beer with a gravy of your choice. So good for what it was.

  4. Lean steaks I like blue rare to rare. Fatty steaks I like medium rare.

This is the perfect sear whenever I get my steak cut up like this. I remember the taste.

I like mine blue when I’m at a restaurant. But if I’m at home, I like to eat it… more like purple. I want that thing mooing when it hits my plate.

Med rare with a good sear – not charred.

  8. Seared, then rare-med rare. My personal home-raised, grain-fed beef.

    Medium rare/medium!

Im not too upset with a medium well at home, but sending that back at a restaurant. Missed the mark so bad whats the point of even asking my temp

Wipe its ass, knock off the horns, and put it on a plate

I go between super rare to medium rare if it’s beef. Lamb, goat medium. Pork medium well.

I want it to look like a good vet might be able to save its life.
