Wow, this is easily one of the best cans of smoked salmon I've eaten! The fish consistency/texture is as close to fresh as I've ever had in a can. Not too smoky, not too salty (overly salty tends to be a problem for me with most smoked fish). As far as I'm concerned, Jose Gourmet can do no wrong!

Looks great. Did you eat it right out the can, or did you make it with other food items?
I got this for Christmas last year. I’m just waiting for the right time to open it. Looks amazing!
