I’m in heaven! THESE are the cookies I’ve always wanted to know how to make. Soft on the inside, nice and crisp on the edges. Rich, hint of salt. 😍 I highly recommend this recipe! I’m a beginner with moderate baking skills. And I mixed by hand, no fancy gadgets. If I can do it so can you! If you haven’t browned butter before I recommend searching that first. With my first batch I definitely did not cook it long enough.

I can never taste the brown butter in CC cookies. It’s always overwhelmed by the brown sugar, or the chocolate.
