Got married in Sept last year and since I’ve been a huge baking enthusiast I wanted to let this come through in the occasion and also to challenge myself. We had around 100 people and did it pretty DIY at a large farm house in the Netherlands, where we live. We stayed there for a few days before the wedding and had time to prepare this and the event. The dessert table was attacked and most cakes were done within 15 minutes which was a top 3 moment for me from the whole day 😊

Chocolate bubka
Sugar free blueberry cheesecake (wife’s step dad is diabetic)
Forest fruit jam sandwich cookies
Oatmeal cookies with Marsala wine glazing
