Hi, I've just joined for some dinner ideas! Thought I'd join in sharing what I've eaten today.

Total calories; 1366
Breakfast 267cal – overnight oats with strawberries and raspberries (1 jar)
Lunch 419cal – Tinned mackerel, sticky rice and spinach
Dinner 680cal – Pitta, salad and Feta with Hummus

Still enough calories for a banana and/or skinny whip etc if I fancy it later.

This is a standard day because it's easy and convenient 😅 has the added benefit of the kids enjoying breakfast and dinner, and the lunch is quick when I'm working.
