[Music] this I can call a super delicious perfectly cooked lobster risoto and the secret behind everything is the flavor associated to the broth that I made in parallel to prepare the lobsters in two ways one with the butter saute in butter the other one in little pieces to add into the risoto and of course when I prepare the risoto and I add the broth little to little until they get the rice super creamy but perfect cooked al dente to complete the dish risoto and lobster voila look at this beauty [Music]
