here’s a great summer light recipe pasta prima vera let’s get started i want to show you how to make this and I use this extra virgin olive oil it’s cold pressed it’s great for sautéing frying grilling and even for salads i highly recommend this type of olive oil because we don’t want to we don’t want to sauté with anything but the best okay and this you don’t have to use a lot of it it’s nice and thick okay we’re going to put in our onions oil’s going to get hot we’re going to put in our onions hear that nice sizzle peppers put in some nice peppers and zucchini okay this pasta prima vera is going to be so delicious so delicious and you know this recipe will be listed below it’s in my e cookbook my e cookbook has 25 recipes and broccoli there it goes 20 and carrots let’s not forget the carrots 25 recipes of $25 to feed your family of four or five in a healthy way in a basically healthy delicious but budget friendly and I’m so glad to share all of this with you i’ve got my spaghetti or you can use angel hair that’s already cooked i like to put a little bit more of the olive oil just to keep it moist we’re going to sauté this put some salt and pepper to taste okay and I use sea salt and some pepper ground black pepper we’re going to sauté it cover it it’s just a great recipe the recipe will be listed below the best part about this whole thing is not only is it budget friendly the meals but my e cookbook is budget friendly i put it together it’s got a planner in there for shopping a guide it’s got a menu planner and the book is only $7 i want you from my heart to feed your family healthy and budget friendly but yet flavorful this is a great meal it’s healthy let’s do it together and I’ll see you after this is sauteed i’ll see you for the final presentation

That’s a ton of veggies in a primavera. I love it! The easiest way to get children and teens to eat healthy/veggies is to add a delicious homemade sauce on it. And this would DEFINITELY do it! Looks yummy!
