Whole oat pancakes with berries and a yogurt-maple drizzle, soy milk on the side

  1. Pancakes are made using oat flour (which I made by blitzing regular rolled oats in a nutribullet), low-fat cottage cheese, egg, baking powder, and salt ([recipe](https://youtu.be/TxhEJp5qn3U)). For the drizzle, I took some nonfat greek yogurt, thinned it down with low-fat milk, and added a little bit of real maple syrup.

    The berries are fresh sliced strawberries and frozen-thawed wild blueberries.
