

I have had this teff pasta in my pantry for a while. It is a little old so I am not sure how thr texture compares, but it stayed al dente and kept its shape.
I massaged the kale with lemon, olive oil, salt, pepper, and lemon zest.
I mixed the pasta with leftover chicken seasoned with Trader Joes italian sofrito and a spoon or jarred pesto. And I added some bell peppers and cherry tomatoes. Everything got mixed up to serve.
