Tried ribs on the Kamado yesterday using Typhur sync dual for temp tracking. Held temps well and hit the timing right, but I feel like the bark could’ve been a little better. Might have wrapped too early or spritzed too often. Still, for a casual cook, we're pretty happy with how it turned out. Guest couldn’t stop eating them lol.

    Umm.. what kind of genetic freak pig gave up those ribs? Am I shopping at the wrong butcher?
