    Grills not bad either.

You have a wonderful wife. We have the E435 (without the smart stuff) and it is wonderful. Fire it up every chance I get.

What’s the digital temperature controller do? This is propane, right? I don’t think I’ve seen one on a gasser before.

No picture of the wife!! smart man!!

She isn’t safe now that people know she gifts grills…. someone will try and take her away.

  6. Nice. How are you liking that “smart” feature? I opted out of that since it seems like it’s just a notification device letting me know how cooked or when something is ready. I sorta defined “smart” as a do-it-for-me kind of approach, meaning if it were truly smart, it would control the burners and adjust temp, etc. But in this case, it just seemed like a glorified notification device that syncs with my mobile device, which I can get as a third party.

Looks a lot more high tech than my 12 year old Genesis. Enjoy man

“Gifted” or bought the exact model you’ve been asking for?

I have this exact grill! Nothing but good experiences. I would make sure to wheel it a couple inches away from the wall before you really let her rip though.

Before doing the burn in, Take some Goo Gone to the lid to get off the adhesive left over from plastic wrap. The adhesive will brown and leave a line if not removed.

Is this not, in some sense, the equivalent of gifting her a vacuum.

Here’s your gift! Now go make me a burger.

To be fair, it’s really a gift for herself. Cause now she knows you’ll be doing all the summer cooking for her.

And there is nothing wrong with that

Nice grill for sure, I have a Genesis 3000 from about 11 years ago and have replaced the burn tubes once but otherwise it’s held up pretty well though getting in need of replacement.
I’m currently separated, so wondering, does your wife have a single sister with the same gifting attitude? By the way, I could barbecue and smoke the shit out of anything. 🙃🙃🙃

  14. Outstanding!!! Boy does she ever deserve a big hug and a kiss. Enjoy brother
