Would you pay $15 for this double smash burger if it came with a bag of chips and a can of soda?
Thinking of doing a pop up tent to sell these. I love feeding others and I live in a touristy beach town so I think the price is justified… just wanted other opinions, thanks.
Burger assembly: bottom bun gets the spread, then lettuce, pickles, patties (caramelized onions underneath of the melted cheese), more spread on top bun. Patties are 4oz/piece on a toasted sesame brioche bun
Spread consists of salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, splash of hot sauce, pickle juice, ketchup, mustard, mayo
Thank you

That’s the right amount of onions.
Have you seen other prices from the area? Just asking so maybe you can gauge the market. With that being said, if it’s a double cheeseburger I’d pay $15.
I think you are meant to smash the patties… not the bun.
I been thinking about doing the same thing. Sounds like a good deal. What burger blend are you using?
I was definitely aggressive when handling the buns. Ill be more gentle next time
That looks delicious!
But $15? Not for me. The chips and soda don’t add any real value IMO.
Are those Aldi brioche buns? They never hold their shape, I don’t know what it is.
it looks delicious. would i personally pay $15 for a burger at a food trick type of set-up? probably not but others would….. For me $10 is the limit unless its a sitdown restaurant.
The cheese looks ahhhhhhhhh interesting and not appetizing….the rest of burger looks good
I feel the market for half pound burgers to be smaller than people think.
I would decrease the size (2-3oz patties), ditch the side/chips and offer a more affordable price that more people can handle
The quality of the bun must be improved before I consider this s $15 burger. That bun does not appear to be fresh.
$2 for a can of pop. Bag of chips anything from $1-5 depending on what size you mean.
So that leaves $8-12 for a nice half pound cheese burger.
I wouldn’t spend that daily as a lunch, I don’t buy lunch daily and if I do I keep it under $10 canadian.
But I sometimes spend $15-20 on lunch as a tourist.P
Consider playing the old game “a single is $12 and a double is just $15.” That $3 is such a small number it makes it seem like a great value
Also, depends on the general cost of things in that city. If everything around me is $15, it’s a steal.
Personal pref: Iceberg lettuces is for rabbits. Literal trashcan tier of greens.
Looks good! Onions.. nice addition.
Looks delicious
Second burger what do you mean you need help your smashing a burger no?

10/10 would smash. Sesame seed buns aren’t my personal fav BUT i’d still eat tf out of it lol
also agree with others that 3oz patties are my pref. size, might save you some money in food costs tho?
Smash, In a heart beat. Looks like you could buy one and feed 2. Win win in my eyes. But, I would buy 1 and only feed myself. Because I wouldnt want to share any of that awesomeness. Keep up the good work.
For what its worth I’d eat that.
