let me share with you this absolutely gorgeous chicken dinner that could not be easier to make we’re just going to slice a couple of chicken breasts in half and then dredge them through seasoned flour and fry them in some sun-dried tomato oil until they’re golden on each side and cooked through the center then remove them from the pan and fry some shellots in the leftover fat and then we got some sundried tomato pesto which adds loads of flavor then stir in cream and stock some parmesan extra sun-dried tomatoes and some fresh basil in with the resting juices from the chicken and then add the chicken back to the pan and drench it in that sauce and you have this absolutely gorgeous creamy sundried tomato chicken
