I produced a story on the newly crowned top spot in Texas, which us Texans say means it's the number one in the world. (but we know that's us being cocky)
I've been a couple times now and I can say it lives up to the hype. The pit master Ernest has the nickname "The Pope of BBQ". He's a salt of the earth dude. It lives up to the hype.

Great video! So well put together. It was refreshing to hear a guy at the level Ernest is be honest about the importance of the list. To not shy away from how competitive this business is. Also, discussing how difficult it is to be consistently great and why it’s important to, as an owner, stay on top of the daily operations. These guys earned it.
