Each muffin is about 120cal and 11g of protein. The icing is swerve confectioners sugar, a little cream cheese, a little protein powder, and almond milk.
Without the frosting the muffins were a little bland, they needed more sweetness for sure. I will also have to play around with how I bake them to avoid the paper sticking again, cause it was BAD lol

Invest in some reusable silicone baking cups! They are awesome and I use them for all sorts of things
You could also try using Baker’s Joy (it’s basically spray oil with a little flour). Keeps baked goods from sticking to the pan without using liners of any kind. Might add a few more calories, but at least you won’t need to worry about a liner sticking or having to wash the liner.
