Adjusting after getting back from vacation and feeling bloated and out-of-shape. Yesterday was my first day back at work with a fairly empty fridge.

  1. Eggs cooked in tomato paste with kale and cabbage and Mediterranean seasonings. Side of multigrain hamburger thin bun. It doesn't look pretty but it hit the spot.

  2. Sauteed boy choy with pinto beans, canned salmon, onions, garlic, herbs and quinoa.

  3. Carrot cake overnight oats.

  4. Greek yogurt with stewed rhubarb, strawberries, walnuts and hazelnuts.

Not pictured: a Quest bar and an energy drink for obvious reasons lol

I had a terrible sleep last night and I've dragged myself to the gym. If anyone has any lazy comfort meal inspiration for me today I'd appreciate it!
