This sub convinced me to get the Joe Jr to review for work, be gentle please! I’ve only used it for grilling but absolutely loved it and can’t wait to use it to its full potential. Give it a read if you’re inclined and appreciate any feedback!

Nice work. Will your editors let you do a follow up in another year? Things might change. Check for typos: “…you’re cooking for a big crew and want to use the grill for both proteins and sides then opt for the standard Kamdao Joe.”
After a few months with my Jr started looking for a used Classic, not just for the larger capacity but also for the flexibility offered by the stacked grill options only available with the additional depth. It’s clear to me now I will use either one or possibly both depending on the tasks.
