today Kevin and I are going to be trying the nothing bun cakes this is a pineapple upside down cake it says naturally and artificially flavored love the pop no one else does this but we do this because uh we’re going to take it over to the table and give it a try that normally just eat it out of the you would eat it out of the container but we’re not and I’m going to just manhandle it there we go yeah most of the frosting stays on so I’m going to cut this in half so you can see how it looks on the inside I’m let you get up in there this was $6.50 at nothing bun cake so I think the price of the regular the the cakes they have all the time they’re standard yeah are like 550 so this was 650 uh so this is a pineapple upside down it’s only out until August 4th so it started on July 22nd and it’s out to August 4th and then they’ll come out with something else uh on the website it showed like there was a picture and it’s like blurred out so you don’t know what the next flavor is going to be that’s coming out this is baked with pineapple and cherries drizzled with caramel salt okay you know on the CSI TV show they could have unpixelated that picture and said exactly what it was yeah of course of course yes through the magic of TV oh there’s I see Cherry in that one look ooh I didn’t see that until just now no you could have got the Cherry no that’s okay you you take it cuz there is cherry juice right here yeah that’s true it looks like an actual piece of uh like a cherry it’s actually a cherry you got it okay I’ll make sure yes I got I honestly it’s a piece of pineapple it was a piece of pineapple that’s what I got it was a piece of pineapple so so they’ve done like the traditional um pineapple D cake with the pineapple and the Cherry in the middle in a little circle SS like now the outside doesn’t have anything it’s all honestly if you’re not getting an actual piece of pineapple it’s just vanilla cake mhm what does it sauce it’s supposed to be caramel sauce their frosting is so sweet though that caramel is just like I get a little bit of caramel the caramel makes it sweeter yeah I get a little bit of the caramel flavor but it’s mostly just sweet but you do get a touch of the caramel this is my favorite one um it’s definitely different it’s my favorite one they make I wish they’d mix in p with the cake I mean look at us we are like Monsters devouring this like we haven’t eaten we’re eating this like we haven’t eaten for a week excuse me I’ve only had two bites I’ve only had I’ve had to take small bites and then a little bit of frosting I mean where pineapple at them what’s it in in the C I don’t know because I definitely got a B oh yeah there was a big hun of pineapple let me cut it again in the middle good luck finding the calories okay it’s in the there’s a cherry in the middle see yeah leave that for me because I’m going to take another picture and there’s a piece of pineapple right there okay leave that for me I’m going to take a picture because I did not when I took my picture of the center yeah we didn’t get the Cherry I didn’t get the Cherry at all and I want you to see that um it looks like they put I’m just guessing this is of course the bottom of the pan cuz it’s flipped over um it looks like they’ve stuck a piece of pineapple and some cherries in the very very bottom of that pan then poured their batter on top of it so that’s and which is what you do for Pine bus I cake so that makes sense um it’s good they on the website I looked up calories I went to many different pages on their website I did not see it now that means I don’t exist there is a I wish there is a different website that is not nothing bunk cakes and they say it’s so many calories they’re guessing though but they’re guessing that is not coming that is not nothing bunk Cake website so I’m not going to be able to give you the calorie so if you find it that’s good but I’d say it’s pretty close to any of their regular cakes cuz it’s pretty much just their vanilla cake with their with their regular frosted cream cheese frosting M with this the addition of a little pineapple and and a cherry I don’t so I can’t imagine the calories being that much different though I wouldn’t think so also I noticed on their website I I thought this was interesting I’ve never noticed it before if you scroll all the way to the bottom there is a section called uh it’s California Proposition 65 food warning and it tells you that things that are in these cakes are known to cause cancer breathing causes canc more birth defects and uh could cause other reproductive harm so only in California though only in California not in any other state wored they’re the only yeah they’re the only ones worried about it but they ain’t worried about nothing else making fun yeah we always make fun because we think this is silly that they say that but the they don’t care about anything else they do so it’s just funny to us to to to just poke the bear um but that is on the nothing but kak’s website if you I said they have to do that legally yes so just know you know what though that would if you um if you I’m you know I’ve had my kids so I’m not worried about it but if you haven’t had your children that would be worrisome I would I would try to avoid if I heard that something in this could cause a birth defect or or cause cancer I wouldn’t uh want that as a young person now I’m just pickled you know from everything we’ve been eating I’m not worried about anything um you know I’m like Teflon but you know if I was young I’d probably care about that stuff uh but I just thought that was an interesting little tidbit on their website this to me is five out of five oh it’s it’s excellent yeah if you like pineapple even if you don’t like pineapple I think you’d be okay yes so I’m going to try to get this video out as uh soon as possible and then you all need to go to Nothing buk Cake if you have one in your area cuz you don’t want to miss out on this if you like if you like already like them you’ll really like them yes you this one this one’s is worth it and they they put the Cherry in it they put the pieces of pineapple in there frosting plenty of frosting and that caramel does make it sweeter the cake is very pillowy and very fresh very delicious so I have nothing bad to say about this at all so I hope you enjoyed the video
