…or how many ways can I eat radishes? All the greens and radishes here are from my garden.

  1. Niçoise-ish salad with mixed greens and radishes, soft boiled egg, avocado, olives, tuna, dressed with olive oil and lemon oregano balsamic vinegar

  2. Quinoa with radish green pesto (with a little added basil and walnuts substituted), lightly roasted tomatoes, mozzarella, and greens

  3. A riff on the NYT Herby Skillet Chicken with Greens (using only 1 lb of chicken and omitting butter) using radish greens, kale, and chijimisai from the garden served on pearl barley with garden herbs

  4. Snacky lunch with zaatar roasted chickpeas, broccoli, carrots, even more radishes, and whipped feta dip topped with olive oil, pistachios, and sumac

  5. Steelhead trout, roasted radishes, herby pearl barley, and garden lettuce served with olive oil and lemon
