Kicking ass!! A pound a week is so good, congratulations. Yeah, we start hungry for a bit, but that that’ll settle down as our stomach and appetites adjust.
That said, keep an eye on what your body tells you, listen to and care for it. If you’re exhausted and hungry on the regular, you need to eat more! Calorie deficits are an adjustment, and there a *wee bit* of a safety to consider. Especially when we get excited and overdo it. 🙂
