

Getting rid of perishable items in the fridge as I'm heading out of town for a while. Finished up the last of the rotisserie chicken, red leaf lettuce, spinach, goat cheese, spring shallots, white sweet potato, topped with a lemon basil dressing. Side of piccolo como grilled in olive oil with garlic salt on top

I have a friend who changes his food intake to canned tuna and grapes when the weather initially turns hot. I think salad is a better choice.
