Last couple of years I babied a few Cherokee purple plants and those divas did not give me a single fruit! I tried planting it in a different location this year and I just picked the 3 that the plant decided to grace me with. I hope they live up to the hype! Otherwise Rosella Purple all the way!!!

Those look great! I cannot grow Cherokee Purple here, but Rosella Purple thrive and produce lots of fruit. NE Texas, 8a. Cherokee-Carbon hybrid also is one of my favorites and it does well.

Looks great! I’m just now trying this type, up here in Arkansas. They haven’t blushed any color yet, but the green fruits are large and promising.

We’re on year 3 of trying and we have some that are starting to turn colors. Super excited!
