First time trying my hand at making my own recipe. Pineapple chilli ginger garlic sauce. Seriously delicious. I am now addicted to making hot sauces.

Here is a pepper powder recipe for ya’. When you perfect this, you can keep batches small enough to test but not so large as to waste good peppers on a bad idea. Sorry: I don’t remember the source for this, but might be https://www.chilipeppermadness.com.
Hot Sauce from Chili Powder
Ingredients
* 4 Tbsp chili powder of choice (I mix Thai & Habanero)
* 1 Tbsp garlic powder
* 1/2 Tbsp onion powder
* 1/4 teaspoon salt or to taste
* 1 cup vinegar
* 1 cup water
* Optional Additions: 1 tsp or more of **cumin**, dried basil, dried oregano, etc.
Instructions
* Add all of the ingredients to a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth.
* Taste and adjust for salt and vinegar. Add more water or vinegar for a thinner sauce.
* Heat it in a small pot. Simmer for 15 min. for the flavors develop & blend.
* Cool and bottle
Note:
Equals ~13 oz (2 1/2 Woozy bottles)
Cut the ingredient quantities in half for single Woozy bottle.
