With beef, topped with crispy onion rings and fresh diced serrano peppers.
Was craving Mac N Cheese, it went from there.
Added the dried peppers with my cheese melting, and added the Jalapeño hot sauce because it had a nice tang to be able to cut through the beef flavor.
