I am not a viral recipe person but this one was hilarious to watch and every single person that has tried it wants the recipe. I bring it to any family or friends gathering, and sometimes make batches to give as a gift. My sister has the cilantro-tastes-like-soap thing and she loves this dip.
* 1 8-ounce block of cream cheese * 1 1/2 cups of sour cream * 1 avocado * 1 10-ounce can of pickled jalapeños * juice of 2 limes * 1/2 bunch of fresh cilantro * 1 tablespoon of black pepper * 1/2 tablespoon of garlic powder * 1/2 tablespoon of chicken bouillon
Throw it all in a blender, turn on high, eat with pork rinds, add to chicken, drizzle over salads… I play with the ratios all the time, sometimes spicier (if I can only find a 12oz can of jalapenos) or milder (if I need to add an extra avocado before it goes bad).
It tastes better if you chill for a few hours, lasts up to 2 weeks in the fridge, just give it a stir to re-incorporate.

I’m going to try it but I’m going to blend everything but the avocado and use two of them and make it more like chunky style guacamole texture.
