I’m about to have a TON of these beauties and want to make the most of what I’m about to get. What would you make out of them? It’s a variety I can’t find too much on, but they were so stunning on the package I had to get them 😅

    Eat what you can fresh, freeze the rest. They will not have the same snappy texture after
    Freezing. Personally I cannot see them being good pickled. Maybe put in hot sauce with hot varieties of peppers

    All of the above! You could make ceviche, salsa, or jams.

    Wash, dry in front of fan, freeze whole. Use them in recipes. You’ll want to use in cooked recipes because they will be mushy when they are thawed. DO NOT slice and freeze as peppers lose flavor quick that way.
