Soups for various tastes and made with local and seasonal products will be the stars of the Mediterranean Soups Festival, which the Mercado da Ribeira, in Tavira, will host on November 11th.
The 13 restaurants that joined this initiative will present “different soups that will be sold at very attractive prices and whose revenues will revert to ongoing projects at the Irene Rolo Foundation”, according to this institution, which organizes the festival.
The event’s program, which aims to “celebrate healthy lifestyles”, also includes a walking march, scheduled for 18:00, as well as “with popular music, folklore, flamenco, fado, among other moments of entertainment”.
