Makaronopita is a traditional Greek dish where pasta and cheese are combined then encased in pastry to create a delicious pie. Every family has their own version, this is our Theia Maria’s version. Theia Maria uses feta cheese and kefalograviera cheese, but feel free to use any combination of cheeses.

You can find the recipe on the Antoniou Fillo Pastry website, here is the link which you can copy into your internet browser: https://antonioufillo.com.au/blog/recipes/makaronopita

  1. Respect for the greek culture but Carbs + Carbs , not a great association. As an Italian, I wouldn't eat it. Prefer the Carbonara version
