    Servings – 6

    INGREDIENTS
    Roasted bread crumbs – 30 grams
    Roasted walnuts – 80 grams
    Garlic cloves – 6 – 8
    Roasted red bell pepper – 170 grams
    Extra virgin olive oil – 2 tablespoons
    Pomegranate molasses- 1 tablespoon
    Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon
    Cumin powder – 1 teaspoon
    Chilli flakes – 1 teaspoon
    Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
    Olive oil – for garnishing
    Bread crumbs – for garnishing
    Coriander – for garnihsing
    Pomegranate – for garnishing

    INGREDIENTS
    1. In a food processor, add 30 grams roasted bread crumbs, 8- grams roasted walnuts and 6 – 8 garlic cloves. Blend until finely chopped.
    2. Add 170 grams roasted red bell pepper, 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, 1 tablespoon pomegranate molasses, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon chilli flakes and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Blend until smooth and well combined.
    3. Transfer the prepared muhammara to a serving plate. Garnish with a drizzle of olive oil, breadcrumbs, coriander, and pomegranate.
    4. Serve.
