If I could find one that does green onion like that instead of bean spouts I’m down. Or if the spouts are fried in a wok then I’m in. Raw or par boiled sprouts are a lot.

Before you roast me, I’m familiar with Jiro ramen, and ita not my jam. I absolutely hate beansprouts, so it’s just not a thing I’m into

I tried finishinf a bowl in Mita honten. Misserably failed. It was good yes, it was tasty, and the garlic and the chashu is amazing but.. I failed!
