Looks like you need some fertilizer with calcium.

Over watering. It’s not necessarily a lack of nutrients more than it is over watering to where it can’t take up those nutrients.

Looks like blossom end rot that the tomatoes gets

Sunscald from exposure to too intense sun. A shade cloth will prevent that.

Appears your bucket is only half filled with soil? You may want to fill it up to help cool the roots and the main stem, those plastic get super hot and the water really evaporates quickly, do you have sufficient drainage as well?

Would it be fine if I install a watering system, add 4 inches of mulch (since that’s how much soil is missing from the bucket), and also use a shade cloth?
