  2. Your plate looks so good! I do this frequently, and I always wondered if I was a weirdo. But its literally the healthiest breakfast for me (oats + sardines or tuna) and so far its been helping improve my health!

    I just had something similar: sardines and homemade Scottish bannocks (oatcakes) with Jarlsberg cheese and Greek yoghurt.
