Fired up my Kedar grill with additional grate. Pork, turkey breasts, duck breasts, sausage and cheese. Onion and pepper were for a salad – with yoghurt, spices, lemon and a bit of honey. Grate over the flame is pretty good, to quickly sear the meat and then finish it over the plate.

    Thatis a lot of cooking surfaces! Is there a dome over for this or is the setup left uncovered when not in use?
