Rezept Brötchen:
600g Weizenmehl
150g Roggenvollkornmehl
20g Hefe
510g Wasser
2 TL Salz
Zu einem teig kneten und über nacht abgedeckt im Kühlschrank lassen.
Vorgeheiztem Backofen 250 grad ca. 20 minuten backen. Habe zu beginn etwas wasser in den Ofen geschüttet und nach der hälfte der zeit die Backofentür geöffnet und den dampf entlassen.

Erstmal alles Gute für deinen Schwiegervater und allgemein deine dich und deine Familie! Hikmet erinnert mich, was den Garten angeht an meinen Papa. Ich bin das Nesthäkchen und irgendwann wollte ich nicht mehr mit meinen Eltern in den Urlaub und bin allein zu Hause geblieben. Mama hat mir für die Zeit auf eine 1/2 DIN A4 Seite aufgeschrieben, was ich im Haus erledigen muss. Mein Papa hat nur für die Sachen die ich im Garten erledigen sollte einfach eine Doppelseite A4 beschrieben. Haargenau wann ich was wie machen soll. Was wann gießen, wie ich Ungeziefer und Unkraut zu entfernen habe usw. Und ich war echt nervös, als sie wiederkamen. Papa hat nur schnell ein paar Sachen ins Haus getragen und ist dann eine geschlagene halbe Stunde durch den Garten gegangen und hat sich alles genau angeschaut. Als er wieder ins Haus kam typisch schwäbische Reaktion. Nämlich nichts. Kein Wort gesagt. Bis ich gefragt hab ob alles in Ordnung sei im Garten. Seine Antwort "Scho Recht" Ein echt großes Lob für einen Schwabe. 😅😅😅

Ich habe schon so viele gemacht aber alle sind im Biomüll gelandet weil ich es nicht kann. Ich bewundere dich so sehr. So fleißig und nie jammerst du oder nie hört man das du froh bist wenn die Kinder mal ausziehen, so wie bei anderen. Ich bin einfach nur jedes mal gerührt und berührt von deiner ganzen Familie. Das Benehmen deiner Kinder ist heutzutage einzigartig und da sieht man das sie eine sehr gute Erziehung genossen haben und ihr Eltern auch ein Leben und ein Miteinander vorlebt das die Kinder natürlich übernehmen. Ich danke dir-Euch für den tollen Einblick. Das beste Beispiel das es auch sehr sehr gut klappen kann mit verschiedenen Kulturen.
Ich bin sprachlos was Hikmek für ein Garten hat. Da meint man alles ist Künstlich und unecht weil keine braunen Blätter . Alles so prall. Ein wahnsinn.

Würdest du bitte das Rezept der Flächen Brötchen einstellen, die geformten Brötchen backe ich morgen, der Teig ruht, allerdings habe ich Roggenschrot genommen, weil da, und Weizenvollkornmehl, bin mal gespannt. DANKE
