I use Holy Cow on everything cow that I smoke! I add dustings of other seasonings depending on the meat I am smoking but it is definitely my base rub! Love it!!!!

Holy Voodoo on ribs with hot honey glaze is a killer combo. That Blanco rub is a staple in the house as well. My daughter stole the Blanco to take to her culinary class when they were cooking steaks.
