They look yellow to me, but I have some eye problems. They're each about 5 inches. Banana peppers harvested this morning from one plant. I'll try to use another phone for a better picture in the comments. My kids broke the glass over the camera eye on this one.

To me they look light green but it really doesn’t matter as you should harvest them the way you like the taste best, each stage of ripeness gives a different flavour. So if you like them then your good 😉
I harvested a few of mine at this color. They were good. I’m letting the rest get a little more yellow though. I think the flavor was a little less than I wanted.
