I actually wanted habaneros. I grew habs next to reapers last year and wanted to have a nice balcony habanero plant since reapers are just stupid hot.
But these look a bit too bumpy and have a bit of a stinger. So did I accidentally cross habs and reapers or could these be habaneros with an angry looking phenotype?
Did I inverse pepper Joe myself?

Pollination is a wild thing
If you took and planted the seeds from your last year’s habs which grew next to the reapers then it seems likely that these are a hybrid!
Overwhelmingly likely that these would just be seeds from something else since as far as I’m aware you can’t only create a hybrid from the next generation through the seeds from this year’s fruit.
These are looking like my Jamaican mushrooms.
