Been having issues getting an open crumb with yeast bread, i think im finally getting there! Its not sourdough level but still pretty impressive for a yeast loaf

    What is the hydration, if you don’t mind me asking? And is there anything in there except flour, water, salt, yeast? I’m aiming for something more like that, now I’ve got a reliable sandwich loaf, and decent pizza dough sorted. May as well try and short circuit the learning process 😀.
