First time doing a large cut like this. Finally had a group dinner where none of the vegan/vegetarian friends could make it so I went for it. Seasoned with some rosemary salt, if you know you know, seared over charcoal. Constructive criticisms welcomed!

I see you too bought the bougie container for your sous vide, I have the same one! Looks absolutely yummy tbh and I’ve been thinking of trying out picanha as well. Deliciously tempting.

Looks good. Maybe add a little more water next time to be safe/something to hold it down – that corner looks very close to floating outside the water

  3. Hmm. I pre slice my picanha into strips, then I sous vide. You get more seared surface area that way.

I use smoked salt, garlic powder, and black pepper.

  4. LFG!!! Where is our invites to dinner sir? lol yes!

You tell us, in the end, was the picanha tasty and tender?

The only criticism I have is that you didn’t share with us all. That looks so good!
