this is part one of my Asian freezer meal prep series as a food content creator unfortunately I also fall prey to the trap of spending too much money eating out but I’m trying to save this year in meal prep and my 20-minute Instant Pot shredded teriyak chicken is the perfect way to do that it reheats so well and I made sure to freeze some rice with it too that way I just pop it all in the microwave and hit defrost this meat is the best to freeze and have on hand to eat with rice like I did here or with klelaw and sandwiches Asian style tacos or on a lettuce wrap you also don’t have to use my homemade teriyak sauce recipe you can definitely use storebought as well but with how quick the sauce and recipe as a whole all comes together you might as well just make the sauce from scratch
